It’s the final week with Chef Shabo at Shabo's Bistro in Pebblebrooke Center, 15215 Collier Blvd. in Naples. “After two wonderful years of serving Naples, Shabo’s Bistro will officially welcome new ownership on Dec. 1,” Chef Shabo Emara said. “This decision comes with mixed emotions; while we’re truly excited about the next chapter, it’s also bittersweet to say goodbye to the incredible guests and friends who became part of our extended family.” The entire staff at Shabo’s Bistro will remain with the restaurant’s new undisclosed owner, said Emara, who will continue to offer private chef and catering services, as well as personalized cooking classes bookable through his new website, 5StarCatering.org.
