SHRM Naples sets annual workplace legislative update

SHRM Naples will host its annual Legislative Update on Oct. 15, focusing on regulatory and technology issues affecting employers and human resources professionals. The program will run from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at The Vineyards Country Club in North Naples. Topics will include the evolving regulatory landscape surrounding diversity, equity and inclusion programs, the growing use of artificial intelligence in hiring and workplace monitoring, and developments involving U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Department of Homeland Security and Form I-9 employment eligibility compliance.
