A 14,304-square-foot commercial property associated with Best Home Services at 16080-16090 S. Tamiami Trail in south Fort Myers has sold for $2.75 million. The showroom, office and warehouse property was purchased by 80-90 Tamiami LLC from 16090 Tamiami Trail LLC, according to LQ Commercial Group. The property fronts U.S. 41, where approximately 62,000 vehicles pass daily. Best Home Services, an air conditioning, plumbing and electrical contractor, has operated at the location. Mike Concilla and Nick Matson of LQ Commercial Group represented the seller. The transaction marks the sale of the last of three buildings associated with the seller's longtime business operations.
