Gulfshore Life Media LLC sold its former Bonita Springs headquarters for $2.8 million after relocating operations to Gateway. CSTE Properties LLC acquired the 6,118-square-foot office building at 26101 S. Tamiami Trail. Florida corporate records identify Tel-Star Communications President James L. Perley as an authorized member of CSTE, which shares Tel-Star’s Metamora, Illinois, address. Tel-Star provides internet, video and phone services and has a Southwest Florida presence through i5 Fiber in Bonita Springs. Gulfshore Life Media, publisher of Gulfshore Life, Gulfshore Business and The Naples Press, moved to 12641 Corporate Lakes Drive. LSI Companies brokered the sale. Justin Thibaut, CCIM, Alexis North, CCIM, and Laura Cari, CCIM, represented the seller; Mike Trivett represented the buyer.
