Construction is wrapping up on a sprawling amenity campus at TerraWalk by DiVosta, a gated residential community in Babcock Ranch that is positioning itself around wellness, social activity and resort-style living.
The nearly complete, 8-acre waterfront amenity campus is designed to serve residents of TerraWalk, a neighborhood of single-family homes and garden villas in Babcock Ranch. Several features are already open, including sports courts with eight pickleball courts, four bocce courts and two tennis courts.
A full-time lifestyle director coordinates events and programming intended to foster community engagement, from live entertainment to organized games and social gatherings.
At the center of the development is a 12,000-square-foot clubhouse scheduled to celebrate a public grand opening Feb. 7. Set along a lake, the clubhouse includes a fitness center, spin room, movement studio and locker rooms, along with a heated outdoor pool featuring lap lanes and a sundeck.

The building also includes indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, such as a living room with a stone fireplace, a golf simulator, catering kitchen, card and social rooms, an indoor-outdoor lounge and The Porch Bar and Grille.
Additional outdoor amenities include a jetted spa, a fire lounge with seating for 16, a cornhole area, a food truck park, a dog park and an event lawn. Walking and biking trails wind through the neighborhood and connect to Babcock Ranch’s broader trail network.
“As progress continues on our amenity campus, future residents are seeing first-hand how TerraWalk will deliver a true resort lifestyle,” said Josh Graeve, president of PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division.
TerraWalk will include about 1,000 homes across lakes, preserves and cul-de-sac streets, with floor plans ranging from 1,579 to 3,970 square feet. Homes include smart-home technology, energy-efficient features and impact-rated windows and doors, according to DiVosta Homes. Prices start in the $360,000s, with select move-in-ready homes available.
