Curran Young Construction completed the $9.4 million Terreno Amenity Campus in Collier County, a new community destination centered around wellness, recreation and social connection. Located off Oil Well Road, less than 2 miles east of Immokalee Road, the project includes a 15,590-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, movement studio, multipurpose rooms and a community room featuring 30-foot ceilings and a granite-framed fireplace. A 4,300-square-foot pool cafe with vaulted ceilings and outdoor seating overlooks the pool and event lawn, offering residents a space for casual dining and gatherings. Divosta’s Terreno community features more than 680 luxury homes.
