Curran Young Construction completed a 16,267-square-foot, two-story fitness center at Windstar on Naples Bay, a private golf club in East Naples. Built on the site of the club’s former cart barn, the facility includes a new golf operations center and cart barn on the first floor, with a fitness studio and exercise class area on the second floor. The project required reinforcing the existing concrete slab with 113 helical piles to support the second-story addition. The new facility expands the club’s wellness amenities while improving golf operations. Bonita Springs-based Curran Young Construction specializes in commercial, hospitality, multifamily and country club projects.
