Sanibel Island Golf Club’s 6,400-yard course will be renovated following its $5.6 million purchase by XUDE Hospitality.

XUDE Hospitality, a South Florida-based golf and hospitality management firm, purchased Sanibel Island Golf Club for $5.6 million and announced a sweeping renovation plan for the property at 1100 Par View Drive. The 6,400-yard semiprivate course, dating to 1975, will see re-grassed tees and fairways, revitalized lake banks, new cart paths, a short game area and a fully renovated restaurant open to the public. CEO Michael Miraglia said the project will balance modernization with environmental stewardship, calling it an opportunity to “elevate one of Florida’s most iconic destinations.” The 150-acre course joins XUDE’s portfolio of national and Caribbean properties.
