After owning bowling centers in Southwest Florida for more than 43 years, Pat Ciniello announced the sale of Bowland Cape Coral and HeadPinz Cape Coral to Bowler Corp. Financial terms were not disclosed on the deal, expected to be finalized by May 1. Ciniello bought his first bowling center in Naples in 1980 and has been growing his company ever since. His family will continue to own and operate bowling centers HeadPinz Fort Myers, Beacon Bowl and HeadPinz Naples. It will also look to grow its BowlMarc operation, which is in the amusement games and service robot businesses, Ciniello said. Bowlero Corp. owns more than 325 bowling centers across North America and serves more than 30 million guests annually.
