Flaherty & Collins Properties has announced Aqua Seafood and Steaks as the anchor tenant for The Cove at 47th, a flagship luxury apartment complex in southeast Cape Coral. Established in 2011, Aqua Seafood and Steaks first opened at Fifth Avenue in Naples, followed by Aqua Bonita in November 2022. Aqua North Naples at Greentree Plaza is scheduled to open in spring 2024. Pre-leasing for The Cove at 47th is scheduled for February 2024, coinciding with the opening of the leasing office. Aqua Seafood and Steaks, alongside other retail establishments, are expected to open in winter 2024, culminating in the completion of the entire project by January 2025.
