The second annual Bourbon & Bubbly event is planned for 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Jan. 30 at the Burrough’s Home in Fort Myers to benefit Golisano Children’s Hospital Pediatric Surgery Center. Golisano Children’s Hospital plans to open an outpatient pediatric surgery center adjacent to the main campus. The surgery center will provide a calming environment for standard procedures, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies and ear tube placements, freeing up resources for pediatric neurosurgery, emergent cases and fractures in the hospital’s surgery unit. The center will help to reduce wait times, increase efficiency, lower costs and improve access to emergency services. Guests are invited to step into A Night at the Cabaret, beginning with a cocktail hour featuring bourbon and sparkling bubbly, followed by dinner. Tickets are $150. For more information, click here.
