The site is approximately 130 acres, with the proposed development including 1,312 residential units, 126,900 square feet of office space and 143,150 square feet of restaurant use. In addition, 203,900 square feet of retail space, a 125-room hotel and 1,200 parking garage spaces are part of the proposed development. The infrastructure improvements for the district, including stormwater management, water, sewer utilities, public spaces, landscape and hardscape is estimated to cost $70 million. The public infrastructure improvements will likely be funded through the district’s issuance of long-term bond debt.
