City of Cape Coral has launched CeCe, an artificial intelligence-powered chatbot on capecoral.gov that provides residents with 24/7 access to city services and information. Integrated with the city’s 311 Call Center, CeCe enables users to report missed trash pickup, request street maintenance and more — without waiting on hold. City officials said the new tool aims to streamline service requests and enhance citizen engagement.
