Parkway Properties LLC purchased a 0.9-acre waterfront estate lot at 11411/11421 Dickey Lane on Captiva from Nani 26 LLC, Equity31 LLC, RMC Investment Limited Partnership and KKDJN LLC for $6.1 million. The LLC is tied to Joseph D. O’Brien Jr., founder of O’Brien Ford in Shelbyville, Kentucky, and registered in Illinois. The parcel, which includes six structures, was brokered by Justin Thibaut, CCIM, and Laura Cari, CCIM, of LSI Companies Inc. for the sellers, and Jeff and Tiffany Burns of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty for the buyer.
