New York-based residential real estate brokerage Compass Inc. opened a new downtown Naples office at 837 Fifth Ave. S. The two-story, 2,400-square-foot, walk-in street-front space will serve more than 300 local Compass agents and staff, led by Adam Vellano, principal broker and managing director for Compass Florida, and Clark T. Minker as sales manager. This move comes as Compass accelerates its growth in the state and welcomed The Stabile Group to the new office, led by local real estate expert Karen Stabile. As a technology-enabled brokerage, Compass has 33,000 agents nationwide and leverages an end-to-end technology platform, proprietary marketing strategies and a vast referral network to empower its agents and serve buyers and sellers.
