Heatherwood Construction broke ground on a luxury resort development in Bonita Springs. Cabana Club at Bonita Village will be situated on the 10-acre vacant site on the north side of Bonita Beach Road between Luke Street and Meadowlark Lane. The first phase of development features a seven-story luxury condominium with 110 units. Cabana Resort and Spa’s design focuses on providing an amenity-rich environment that includes multiple water features, food and entertainment options and pop-up events.
