Del Webb completed a comprehensive refresh of the Oasis Club, the heart of the active and social lifestyle at Del Webb Naples in Ave Maria. Extensive enhancements include bringing in professional designer Kathleen Leuter with Interwork Architects to reimagine the space, including all new interior and exterior paint palettes, new furniture and artwork and upgraded cardio equipment in the fitness center. One of two clubhouses in the 55-and-older community, the 12,000-square-foot Oasis Club offers craft and community rooms, a catering kitchen, library, cafe, fitness center and movement studio, plus outdoor amenities. The renovation included both interior and outdoor areas with furniture selections for the grand foyer and library, four new poker tables in the community room and two new barbecue grills in alfresco spaces.
