The city of Fort Myers entered into the Florida Department of Transportation locally funded agreement for the proposed design of two sidewalks. The sidewalk on the west side of Clifford Street between Madison Avenue and Victoria Avenue will be approximately 1,400 linear feet of five-foot wide four-inch-thick concrete sidewalk with an estimated design cost of $58,920. The sidewalk on the north side of South Street between U.S. 41/Cleveland Avenue and State Road 739/Fowler Street will be approximately 3,300 linear feet of five-foot wide four-inch-thick concrete sidewalk with an estimated design cost of $103,431.
