Seagate Development Group unveiled plans for Opus Stone, a new gated community of 51 single-family estates in North Naples. The 50-acre enclave will offer three collections of new construction homes at Vanderbilt Beach Road and Massey Street. Eleven floor plans, ranging from 3,200 to 5,550 square feet, are highlighted by lake and preserve views. Estates feature open floor plans, main living areas and expansive outdoor spaces. Homes in Opus Stone are priced from the $2 millions.
