Treeline Development Co. LLC has announced the signing of Dunkin’ to anchor its new 15,335-square-foot retail center, known as Arborwood Commons, at the northwest corner of Daniels Parkway and Treeline Avenue in Fort Myers. The announcement of Dunkin’ coincides with the formal launch of pre-leasing for the remaining seven units. The remaining units are approximately 1,350 square feet and may be combined. Construction on the site commenced earlier this year. The anticipated delivery of the center is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026. Permitted uses within the center include retail, restaurant, office and medical.
