Estero’s planning, zoning and design board approved Tuesday a development order for a 4,052-square-foot Culver’s at 8400 Murano Del Lago Drive, Tract 3C. The vacant property is part of the Coconut Point Development of Regional Impact and is proposed as a 2.3-acre commercial development. It will consist of two buildings with associated parking, landscaping and stormwater management. The two buildings include Culver’s with a two-lane drive-thru and a future separate 4,000-square-foot retail building.
