SCC Estero Crossing FL LLC purchased the 20,966-square-foot Estero Crossing shopping center, 10131-191 Estero Town Commons Place in Estero, from SD Estero Crossings LLC for $17,122,400. The shopping center was developed by Stock Development after it purchased 42 acres on the south side of Corkscrew Road, just west of Interstate 75, in December 2014 for $5.8 million.
