Waterfront shopping and dining destination Fishermen’s Village went up for sale this week through a call for offers process. The property was previously operated by Jonathan Larmore, who was removed from his control of the Punta Gorda property in favor of court-appointed PGFL Associates LLC, when it was placed in receivership in October 2023. SVN Commercial Partners was appointed to market Fishermen’s Village. To date, SVN Commercial Partners has sent out 80 requested nondisclosure agreements and received 35 executed documents in return. The 22.8-acre property includes 85,549 square feet of retail space, 47 hotel rooms, 116 wet slips and 604 parking spaces. The asking price wasn’t disclosed, but Punta Gorda City Attorney David Levin speculated during a March 20 City Council meeting that the asking price could be at least $30 million.
