FL Star Development began preliminary site development for its new rental community in Collier County. The plans for Azalea Park consist of 250 townhomes with private yards and 144 apartments in four, four-story buildings, totaling 394 residential units of rentals on Hacienda Lakes Parkway just east of the intersection of Collier Boulevard and Rattlesnake Hammock Road. Azalea Park also will include a two-story activity center with a fitness facility, business center, games area and resort-style pool. Construction is expected to begin in the fall.
