Toronto-based private equity real estate developer Forager Real Estate Partners plans to build a 181,000-square-foot commercial and recreational development in Bonita Springs. The Bonita Foundry is planned for 10 acres at 25411 Old 41 Road and also comprises The Enclave at The Bonita Foundry, a purpose-built warehouse condominium facility, with 40 customizable, storm-rated units available for purchase. Forager acquired the property for $7.85 million. The site will offer a mix of retail, flex and private storage space, officials said. Since its founding in 2019, Forager has acquired and developed more than 750,000 square feet of commercial space, exceeding $250 million in project value.
