Fort Myers-based Worthington Realty announced new leadership following an undisclosed acquisition by Michael Davis, Susana Davis and Brian Rodgers, who will take the helm of the nearly 35-year real estate company. It specializes in residential sales, rentals and development, predominantly within Lexington Country Club in Fort Myers and surrounding communities. Purchased from Principal John Gnagey, the acquisition follows the death of company founder and partner Jeff Darragh. Over the course of his career, Michael Davis, who will serve as president of the company, was a real estate professional and mortgage broker before establishing the real estate investment management company TerraCap Management, which has an office in North Naples, where he served as co-founder and managing director for more than 10 years.
