Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency approved a Commercial Property Improvement Matching Grant for the Cleveland Avenue redevelopment area during their last meeting of this fiscal year. The grant was awarded in the not-to-exceed amount of $46,246 for Ice Sisters LLC, located at 4666 S. Cleveland Ave. The funds will be used for exterior painting, window and door replacement, landscaping, signage, restriping and awning replacement.
