Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency approved a Commercial Property Improvement Matching Grant for the MLK Redevelopment Area. The grant was approved in the not-to-exceed amount of $200,000 for New Next Level Holdings Inc., 3637 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The funds will be used to install new fencing, improve the parking lot, paint the exterior, install new directional signage, replace the play area landscaping, build a new building facade and install a new street sign.
