Coastal Precast of Florida, which operates a Fort Myers facility that manufactures and distributes sewer pipe and various precast concrete products, was acquired by Georgia-based Foley Products Co. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Coastal’s facility is 15 miles from Foley’s existing pipe plant, allowing it to offer a full range of pipe and precast products in the Southwest Florida market. Established in 1981, Foley Products is a manufacturer of concrete pipe and precast products with 18 manufacturing locations in markets across the U.S. The company offers a range of products, including reinforced concrete pipes, box culverts, precast concrete manholes, stormwater management systems and utility vaults, thereby supplying critical products to the underground utility and water management industry.
