City of Fort Myers will host its first Hurricane Preparedness Expo from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 7 at Collaboratory, 2031 Jackson St. The free event is open to the public and aims to help residents, visitors and business owners prepare for the 2025 hurricane season. Attendees can meet with emergency management staff, city departments and more than 40 partner organizations to learn about storm readiness and recovery.
