Gov. Ron DeSantis appointed Paul Applegarth to the Florida Gulf Coast University board of trustees. Applegarth is CEO of Value Enhancement International. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he was previously appointed as CEO of the Millennium Challenge Corp. by President George W. Bush and served as a White House Fellow.
