The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce will host its monthly luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. May 13, sharing local and state economy insights. Attendees will hear from Sheridan Morby, senior research economist for the Florida Chamber of Commerce, who will share updates on both Florida’s overall economic landscape and trends specific to Lee County and Fort Myers. Her presentation will cover metrics, such as gross domestic product, labor market dynamics, housing market trends, talent pipeline and education data and other relevant indicators. The May 13 luncheon will take place at DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops, 13051 Bell Tower Drive in south Fort Myers.
