FL Star Development and Construction broke ground on the 265-unit Hammock Park luxury apartment community in East Naples at the intersection of Collier Boulevard and Rattlesnake Hammock Road. The four-story apartment buildings feature a two-story amenity center complete with a resort-style, beach-entry pool and activities courtyard. Other amenities include a putting green, poolside cabanas, a barbeque pavilion, trellis seating and fire pits with lounge seating. MK Architecture provided the architectural and engineering services. The project is expected to be completed by early- to mid-2023.
