Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced and grilled subs, opened its first location in Cape Coral and eighth in Lee County. Franchise owners Frank Czasynski and Jason Amarosa opened the location Thursday at Pine Island Crossing shopping center, 1751 N.E. Pine Island Road. Jersey Mike’s premium meats and cheeses are sliced on the spot and piled on in-store baked bread. Subs made Mike’s Way come with onions, lettuce and tomatoes, topped off with a red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend. Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
