John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate today relocated its office at 15065 McGregor Blvd., Ste. 105, in Fort Myers, to a new location at 13121 University Drive. It will serve as the company’s Lee County hub. Just off Summerlin Drive across from Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, the 5,500-square-foot location features 20 private offices and a training area to accommodate large and small classes. Seven shared, cyber-cafe-style work areas allow space for mobile agents and visiting Realtors to utilize laptop computers, printing services and high-speed Wi-Fi. Two conference rooms are equipped with large-screen monitors, cameras for online meetings and special phones for conference call capabilities. Outdoors, there is a private lakefront deck.
