John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate has opened a new Cape Coral office at 4019 Del Prado Blvd. S., replacing its previous location. Situated along the Plato Canal with access to the Caloosahatchee River, the 4,400-square-foot space features 14 private offices, a waterfront conference room and training areas for agents. The office also houses Island Palm Vacation Rentals and is managed by brokers Jay Richter and Gary Mills. Currently, 24 agents are affiliated with the office, with room to grow as the Cape Coral market evolves, company officials said.
