Golisano Children’s Health Center in North Naples will continue operations following a settlement between Lee Health and Miami-based Nicklaus Children’s Health System, officials said. The two health care providers resolved a legal dispute over the lease of the clinic at Pine Ridge and Livingston roads.

Lee Health has operated the facility for more than eight years, serving thousands of families annually with pediatric specialty care.

Nicklaus Children’s Hospital System, holder of the master lease on the space at 3361 Pine Ridge Road that houses the clinic, previously threatened to evict Lee Health System Inc. prior to the end of its current lease that runs through September 2026. Lee Health’s lawsuit had claimed that an early lease termination would jeopardize care for thousands of children.

Both organizations said they remain committed to ensuring uninterrupted pediatric services for Collier County families.
