National homebuilder Lennar has six new designer-furnished multifamily home models at The National Golf & Country Club in Ave Maria. Prospective homebuyers are invited to tour the Terrace and Veranda Condominiums. The Terraces are four-story buildings with 30 single-story condos in each of them and offer three floorplans that are each modeled. With prices starting in the mid $200s, the Terrace Condominium models include Arbor, Birkdale, and Carolina. The Verandas are two-story buildings with either 12 or 16 single-story condos and offer three floorplans which are all modeled. With prices starting in the low $300s, the Veranda Condominium models include Bromelia II, Diangelo II, and Arabella II. The model homes are located on National Boulevard in Ave Maria’s newest neighborhood, The National Golf & Country Club. The National includes its signature residential home designs: Terraces, Verandas, Executive Homes, and Estate Homes featuring golf course, water or preserve views.
