Lloyd Roofing has expanded its Southwest Florida division with a move to a larger headquarters at 2151 Andrea Lane in Fort Myers. The new location includes 3,000 square feet of office space, 2,100 square feet of warehouse space and a fenced yard for company vehicles and equipment. Company officials said the expansion supports continued growth in commercial and residential roofing services across the region, a trend that accelerated following Hurricane Ian. Founded in 2010, the company specializes in tile, shingle, metal and flat roofs. Its commercial work includes hotels, high-rises and retail centers, while residential crews serve single-family homes and duplexes. The Fort Myers office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.
