Matanzas Inn on Fort Myers Beach is set to reopen eight of its units five months after suffering damage from Hurricane Ian, hotel manager Patricia Szatanski. There will be no amenities, including no cable, Wi-Fi, pool, housekeeping or restaurant. In addition, the hotel will require guests, who are restricted to age 25 and older, a three-night minimum stay and a nonrefundable payment for the first two nights, WINK News reports.
