Midtown at Bonita added five new retail leases at the 68-acre mixed-use development a quarter mile east of Interstate 75 on Bonita Beach Road. Expected to be completed in 2026, the site is being developed by The Zuckerman Group. The five newest tenants are LowBrow Pizza, Pacific Dental Services, Mathnasium learning center, Gelato & Co. and Beau’s BBQ. These new additions join a growing roster of national, regional and local retailers already committed to Midtown at Bonita, including Chipotle Mexican Grill, Panera Bread, The Hangry Bison, Club Pilates, Good Vets, Jeff’s Bagel Run, Noire the Nail Bar and Bonita Beach Wine & Spirits.
