The Military Heritage Museum in Punta Gorda will host its second annual Patriot’s Gala at 6 p.m. March 29 at Sunseeker Resort, 4949 Tamiami Trail in Charlotte Harbor. Highlights of the evening include the induction of Stephen R. Deutsch as the Wall of Warriors recipient. Deutsch will be the first Coast Guard veteran Wall of Warriors honoree to receive this award. The keynote speaker will be retired Medal of Honor recipient Master Sgt. Leroy A. Petry. Funds raised from this event provide financial support for the museum’s veterans’ support and student activities. To register, click here.
