Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, in partnership with FrontDoor Communities, broke ground on the coach home neighborhood Nerano. The community within Miromar Lakes will consist of 10 buildings with four residences in each building. Ground-floor residences feature three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bathroom for a total square footage of 3,105, and top-floor residences offer three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bathroom for a total of 3,802 square feet. Construction begins this month with sales starting July 21. Phase 1 of Nerano will be available for occupancy in fall 2024.
