Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club launched three new neighborhoods featuring luxury homes in the Lee County waterfront resort community. The neighborhoods include beachfront Positano, Messina overlooking the golf course and the Nerano coach home neighborhood. Positano Beach Club Homes Collection features 10 three-story homes with elevators directly connected to all the beach clubs’ amenities. Starting at $8 million, homes range from 5,000 to 8,000 square feet and feature a second-story infinity edge pool and an outdoor kitchen. Messina offers 12 villas with views of Arthur Hills Signature Championship Golf Course. The homes range from 2,500 to more than 5,000 square feet, with prices starting at $2.9 million. Nerano features 10 buildings, each with four residences overlooking a private lake, nature preserve and the golf course. Ground-floor residences offer 2,369 square feet, while top-floor residences provide 3,060 square feet, all with private access to the lake and preserve. Prices start at $1.1 million.
