MK Architecture will provide design and engineering services for Project Roundabout, a 25,000-square-foot restaurant and entertainment venue in downtown Bonita Springs. Scheduled to break ground in early 2026, the immersive, music-driven concept will sit near Sugar Shack Downtown and include retail along Ragsdale Street, such as a sweets shop, health store, arcade and potentially an indoor jungle gym. MK Development Fund LLC and Moran-Kennedy are developing the project.
