After a one-year pause, the Naples Area Board of Realtors has relaunched its Leadership Academy with a reimagined curriculum tailored to developing the next generation of industry leaders. The redesigned program emphasizes experiential learning, public speaking and strategic engagement within NABOR committees and initiatives. Ten members of the 2025 class are now participating in training that reflects the association’s long-term goals. They’ll also create a member-benefit promotional program highlighting NABOR’s offerings beyond MLS services. Applications for the 2026 class open in December. To apply, click here.
