Construction is set to begin within the next month on the 75-unit Botanika Condominiums at Bonita Fairways in Bonita Springs. The project at 26610 Rosewood Pointe Drive, just east of U.S. 41 and north of West Terry Street, includes three condominium buildings with a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom unit plans. Botanika also consists of a community cabana building with a resort-style pool. MK Architecture provided the architectural services and JAXI Builders is the general contractor.
