MK Architecture has completed construction documents for the new 75-unit Botanika Condominiums at Bonita Fairways in Bonita Springs. The project includes three condominium buildings and three stories over covered parking, with a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom unit plans. Botanika also consists of a community cabana building with a resort-style pool. The project is anticipated to start construction this year.
