Autospace Naples vehicle storage opened at 3405 Davis Blvd. in East Naples. Built and developed by Envirostruct, Autospace is designed as a place for car collectors to enjoy and protect their collections. The space was built with concrete with structural steel built to withstand 170 mph hurricane winds. The first-floor elevation is above flood zone and a climate-controlled environment with backup generators. All vehicle condos are accessed via interior 24-foot-wide drive isles ensuring privacy and security, as well as a closed-circuit television system covering all interior common areas and outside grounds. Units come equipped with 16X10-foot motorized, aluminum roll-up overhead doors and an LED lighting package with a finished bathroom and wet bar in each unit. Common restrooms and a lounge are available for owners and guests. The second and third-floor units are accessed via a 16X20-foot automobile elevator.
