Sage Communities partnered with Norris Furniture & Interiors and Southwest Florida Designs to design and furnish model homes and the amenity center for Seneca at Oak Creek, an age-55-older community under construction in North Fort Myers. The community will have 184 one- and two-bedroom units that feature a full kitchen, living room and private porches. Norris Furniture is completing interior designs and will provide living room, bedroom and den furniture, as well as home décor, for model residences. Southwest Florida Designs is designing and furnishing the amenity center, a clubhouse home to a 24-hour fitness center and active fitness room, an open multipurpose room, leasing offices, a property manager office, mailroom and work room. The first residences are scheduled to be completed this year.
